Overview

• ‎FMR Agency is recruiting a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Officer to oversee inventory management within a fast-paced retail environment.
• ‎The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock movements, maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting stock reconciliations, and ensuring optimal inventory levels across the business.
• This role requires a self-driven professional who can work independently with minimal supervision and has hands-on experience using RetailMan software and Microsoft Excel.
• ‎Ultimately, you will ensure inventory accuracy, minimize stock discrepancies, and support efficient inventory control processes across the organization.

‎Key Responsibilities

• ‎Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all stock locations.
• ‎Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory accurately.
• ‎Conduct routine stock counts and periodic inventory audits.
• ‎Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies promptly.
• ‎Monitor stock levels and recommend timely replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• ‎Generate inventory reports using RetailMan software and Microsoft Excel.
• ‎Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions and stock movements.
• ‎Work closely with the procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
• ‎Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.
• ‎Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned by management.‎

‎Requirements

• ‎Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• ‎Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Inventory Officer.
• ‎Proven ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• ‎Proficiency in RetailMan software is mandatory.
• ‎Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• ‎High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
• ‎Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or distribution environment.
• ‎Willingness to reside in the company's shared staff accommodation.‎

‎Remuneration

• Salary: N180,000 Monthly (Net).
• Accommodation: Shared Staff Lodge Provided.
