The Straight Child Foundation (TSCF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting children with cerebral palsy, clubfoot, and other childhood disabilities. Our mission is to ensure every child with a disability has access to comprehensive care, rehabilitation, and a chance at a better quality of life.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: MEAL / CAST Coordinator

Location: Abia
Employment Type: Full Time

Essential Functions
MEAL Leadership & Best Practices:

  • Manage and conduct assigned MEAL and Technical Team initiatives that strengthen TSCF data systems, tools, and approaches.
  • Support development, documentation, and communication of MEAL and Clinical indicators.
  • Promote best practices in data privacy, child safeguarding, parental rights, and ethical data use.
  • Strengthen organizational capacity for results measurement and transparency.
  • Relate with Clinic Coordinators and program management to ensure they are on the CAST community; monitor the activities on the community and monitor KPI improvement.
  • Ensure the appropriate use of CAST as the data collection system of the clubfoot program.
  • Orient, train, and retrain CAST Administrators in all clubfoot clinics under The Straight Child Foundation.
  • Track clinic-level KPIs (e.g., enrollments, visit adherence, casting cycles, tenotomy rate, bracing initiation, dropout rate, data completeness, sync timeliness); produce weekly/monthly reports and dashboards; lead review meetings and action planning.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Health, Social Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Evaluation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience designing and implementing M&E or MEAL activities for complex programs.
  • Demonstrated mastery of diverse measurement, analytical, and evaluation techniques.
  • Strong written, analytical, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Deep experience using Salesforce or similar databases; R, Stata, Python; Kobo Toolbox, SurveyCTO, or similar data collection and analytical tools.
  • Demonstrated experience with conducting surveys, including survey design, programming, implementation, data processing, documentation, and analysis.
  • Ability to translate quantitative analytical results into clear, actionable insights through narratives, visualizations, or well-annotated spreadsheets.
