Job Title:  Food and Beverage Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and banquet services.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Food & Beverage team.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Monitor inventory, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage.
• 2–3 years' experience in a similar role within a hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and hospitality standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
