Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced HRMS Implementation Specialist to support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of our Human Resource Management System (HRMS) across multiple business units.
• The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure the effective deployment, maintenance, and performance of the HRMS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business units to resolve HRMS-related issues and provide ongoing system support.
• Liaise with the HRMS service provider to ensure successful implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the application.
• Monitor and track the performance of the HRMS application across all business units.
• Gather user requirements and provide recommendations for system improvements.
• Ensure data integrity, system accuracy, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Conduct user training and provide technical guidance on HRMS functionalities where required.
• Prepare periodic reports on system performance, user issues, and implementation progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing or implementing an HRMS solution.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Sage HRMS or any other enterprise Human Resource Management System.
• Experience working with HRMS vendors and coordinating system implementations.
• Good understanding of HR processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
