Job Summary

• We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to manage the company’s online presence, grow audience engagement, and drive brand awareness across multiple digital platforms.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy, and digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Manage content calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
• Identify emerging trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
• Manage paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
• Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut, and social media analytics tools.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of social media advertising and audience targeting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with content planning and community management is essential.
