We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Assistant

Location: Ugbe Akoko, Ondo
Employment Type: Full Time
Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m, Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Break: One-hour break daily.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and dependable professional with a Microbiology background and proven experience in food production or beverage manufacturing.
• Candidates who are passionate about quality, safety, continuous improvement, and efficient production processes are strongly encouraged to apply.
• We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and quality-driven Production Assistant to support its production operations.
• This role requires someone who understands production processes, quality standards, hygiene practices, and can contribute to efficient daily manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily production of beverages and other products in accordance with approved procedures.
• Ensure production activities comply with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and report any deviations or equipment issues promptly.
• Support the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of raw materials and finished products.
• Work closely with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.
• Assist in minimizing production waste and improving operational efficiency.
• Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Microbiology or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in food or beverage production.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and production documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities.
• High level of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to quality.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
