We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Reconciliations Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Reconciliation of bank transfers with the company's book on Tally
• Reconciliation of point of sales (POS) transactions
• Monthly preparation of bank ledger reconciliations
• Reports any irregularities and variances identified during reconciliations
• Recommend corrections for variances to ensure timely resolutions
• Creation of journals to correct issues identified during the completion of previous months' reconciliations
• Reconciliation of Statement
• Authorisation of the room rent payment receipt

Education & Experience

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting / Finance
• 3 - 6years relevant work experience.

Knowledge & skills:

• Reconciliation
• Knowledge of accounting policies and procedures
• Computer proficiency
• Financial regulations.
• Microsoft Office tools
