Job Title: Restaurant Outlet Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant outlet.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies.
• Drive sales, control costs, and achieve operational targets.
• Enforce food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare operational reports and coordinate staff schedules.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience managing a restaurant or hospitality outlet.

Key Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
