Job Detail

• Execute customer service management activities and day-to-day doings of the department staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Interact with customers. Being friendly and courteous
• Keep their eyes on a lot of elements: food standards, costs, safety, etc.
• Leaders in the kitchen, rallying their team during heavy shifts, resolving conflicts and getting the job done.
• Not only deal with food, they also have to deal with costs, pricing, creating work schedules and more.
• Keep work schedules, shipments, cleaning schedules and more organized.
• Deal with employee conflict, irate customers and wrong stock orders
• Able to come up with a solution quickly
• Need to accurately and easily communicate standards and cooking methods to staff, give orders and speak with customers clearly.
• Ensure Hygiene and housekeeping at workplace
• Manager subordinates and coordinate

Requirements

• Good organizational, strong supervisory and interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills and detail oriented
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and handle challenging work demands and tight schedules
• Able to handle many diverse tasks simultaneously and be able to work effectively
• Demonstrate ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Soft skills/personality: outgoing, meticulous, quick learner
• Able to make timely decisions in a high pressure environment
• Good understanding of industry standards and requirements.
• Strong attentive to details, a creative thinker and a good team player
• Customer Service Focus to ensure positive shopping experiences
• High level of integrity is a must have.
