Job Description

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Fleet/Logistics Tracker to join our team in Benin City. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for recent graduates who are numerate, organized, and comfortable working with data and tracking systems.
• The role involves monitoring the movement of vehicles / fleet and goods in transit using GPS and other tracking tools, to support logistics and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time movement of company vehicles/fleet using GPS tracking systems
• Track the movement and location of goods in transit from dispatch to delivery
• Flag route deviations, unauthorized stops, delays, or unusual vehicle activity
• Maintain accurate logs of vehicle trips, mileage, and delivery timelines
• Identify and report discrepancies such as late deliveries, missing goods, or route violations
• Generate fleet/movement reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management review
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate tracking data
• Support investigations into missing shipments, vehicle downtime, or delivery issues using tracker data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (mandatory)
• Preferred fields of study: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or any Engineering discipline
• No prior work experience required — open to recent graduates
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using GPS tracking software/dashboards (training can be provided)
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly
