Job Summary

  • We are seeking ambitious, customer-focused, and results-driven graduates to join our Executive Trainee (Financial Services Associate) – Personal Banking Program.
  • This entry-level opportunity is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about building a rewarding career in banking and financial services.
  • Successful candidates will receive hands-on training and practical experience in customer acquisition, relationship management, sales, and financial product advisory while supporting the growth of the bank's Personal Banking portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers for Personal Banking products and services.
  • Promote and market savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, and other retail banking products.
  • Cross-sell consumer loans, debit cards, digital banking solutions, and other value-added financial services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery.
  • Educate customers on available banking products and digital channels.
  • Generate quality leads and convert prospects into active customers.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
  • Conduct market visits, customer engagement activities, and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal banking policies.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum of Second Class Lower) or Higher National Diploma in any discipline.
  • Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
  • 0–2 years of work experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
