Job Title: Shift Supervisor

Location: Abuja
Job type: Full-time

Job Description

• The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all processing activities during assigned shifts, ensuring production targets, food safety, Halal integrity, operational efficiency, and workforce discipline are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise slaughter, processing, packaging, and cold-chain operations.
• Monitor production output against daily throughput targets.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOP), and Halal requirements.
• Coordinate manpower allocation across production lines.
• Investigate operational deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare shift performance reports and operational KPIs.

Qualifications

• HND/BSc in Food Science, Animal Science, Engineering, Production Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial food or meat processing operations
