Job Title: Stock Keeper

Location: Plot C-48, Amuwo Odofin Estate, Apapa - Lagos

Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Stock Keeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of stock keeping experience in a manufacturing company and a strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Issue materials to production and other departments as required.
• Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, organization, and preservation of inventory.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain all stock documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient inventory management.
• Follow company procedures and health & safety standards.

Requirements

• OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
• 3–5 years' experience as a Stock Keeper in a manufacturing company.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
• Experience using inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly (based on experience and knowledge).
