About the Job

• We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media & Communications Associate to strengthen our digital presence, elevate our brand, and generate qualified business leads across Nigeria and the United States.
• This role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines creativity with business acumen and understands how to transform compelling content into measurable business growth.
• The successful candidate will lead Harava's social media strategy, content creation, digital communications, public relations, and online engagement while supporting client acquisition and brand awareness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies.
• Manage the firm's LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, articles, and campaigns.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Support business development through digital lead generation.
• Promote webinars, events, and thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Experience in a consulting, accounting, advisory, or other professional services firm is an advantage.
• Excellent writing, communication, and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
