Job Title: Chef

Location: Agip Estate, Rumueme PH - Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Description

• The ideal candidate will be passionate about preparing high-quality meals, continental and cuisine dishes maintaining excellent kitchen standards, and delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of local and continental dishes.
• Plan menus and ensure meals are prepared to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Ensure proper food storage, handling, and stock rotation.
• Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering kitchen supplies.
• Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
• Supervise kitchen assistants where necessary.
• Ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE, a certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts, Catering, or Hospitality Management is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years' proven experience as a Chef in a hotel, restaurant, guest house, or hospitality establishment.
• Strong knowledge of presentation, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to prepare both local and continental cuisines.
• Must be willing to reside in the provided accommodation.
