We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Associate Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Location: Iyana Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00PM –10:00 PM
Department: Operations Support
Reports To: ACS Operations Manager

Role Overview

• Coordinate maintenance work orders for ACS customers by dispatching technicians, monitoring work progress, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring service-level agreements are met.
• This role provides operational support from the OSSAJ Technical Services office in Iyana Ipaja.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and schedule technicians and subcontractors.
• Monitor work orders from receipt through completion.
• Coordinate emergency service requests.
• Review technician reports and close work orders.
• Upload documentation to customer portals.
• Track operational KPIs and SLA compliance.
• Support scheduling and routing improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in .Eng
• 1–3 years of experience in facilities maintenance coordination, dispatch, service coordination, customer service, or construction administration.
• Experience with CMMS/work-order systems such as Workiz, ServiceChannel, Corrigo, orsimilar.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to support U.S. customers during Eastern Time business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting U.S. commercial facilities maintenance accounts.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and handyman trades.
• Experience with customer portals and SLA-driven environments.
