About the Role

• We are looking for a results-driven Growth & Digital Marketing Executive to lead customer acquisition and grow our brand across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and run digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, and email
• Generate and nurture high-quality leads through organic + paid campaigns
• Manage website, social media, and content to drive engagement and conversions
• Track performance, provide insights, and optimize for ROI
• Work with sales to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Handle budgets, market research, and weekly/monthly performance reports

Key KPIs

• Lead generation, CPL, conversion rate, website traffic, ROAS, SEO growth, and revenue contribution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or lead generation
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media
• Proficient with Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools
• Strong analytical, copywriting, and communication skills
• Results-driven and able to manage multiple campaigns.

Salary
N400,000 / month.
