Job Summary

• We are looking for experienced Production Supervisors to oversee daily feed mill operations, ensuring efficient production, quality compliance, inventory control, and team supervision.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience in either raw materials or finished products within a feed mill environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and meet production targets.
• Manage raw materials or finished products efficiently.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with GMP and HSE standards.
• Monitor inventory and maintain accurate production records.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Supervise, train, and motivate production staff.
• Minimize waste and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
• 2-5 years years' experience in a Feed Mill.
• Strong knowledge of feed manufacturing operations.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Interested candidates with relevant feed mill experience should apply, indicating whether their expertise is in Raw Materials or Finished Products.
