J-Lush Supermart, a retail store, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supervisor (Shift / Floor/ Inventory) - Supermarket

Location: Ojota, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Supervisor will coordinate staff during assigned shifts, manage floor activities, ensure smooth customer service, and provide basic IT/POS support where needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise floor staff and monitor performance.
• Resolve customer issues and support daily operations.
• Handle POS setup, troubleshooting, and backups.
• Maintain order and cleanliness across departments.
• Prepare shift reports and update management.

Requirements

• ND/B.Sc in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ supervisory or retail experience.
• Good leadership and multitasking ability.
• Familiarity with POS systems preferred.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
