Job Title: Customer Service / Data Entry Officer

Location: Bodija, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The customer service Representative serves as the first point of contact for clients and prospects, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints & enquiries professionally.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Input and update hospital database & handle correspondence

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 of experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft suite
• Calm, patient, and empathetic personality with a client-first mindset.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
