Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

• The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and manage the company's end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient procurement, logistics, inventory control, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
• This role is responsible for optimizing costs, improving operational efficiency, mitigating supply chain risks, and supporting business growth through strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the upstream oil & gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Demonstrated expertise in procurement, logistics, contract negotiation, vendor management, compliance, and supply chain risk management.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
