Job Summary

• Back Pouch by Providha : We are looking for a professional chef that canmanagekitchen operations, planmenus, and prepare high-quality meals. Core duties involve overseeing kitchen staff, controlling food costs, and ensuring strict health and safety compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Cook dishes, inspect plate presentation, and ensure consistent food quality.
• Menu Management: Design seasonal menus, create recipes, and balance operating budgets.
• Staff Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise kitchen workers including cooks and sous chefs.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order ingredients from vendors, and reduce food waste.
• Safety & Sanitation: Enforce local health codes and maintain clean workstations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Culinary Expertise: Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and knife skills.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership: Strong communication, organization, and team management skills.
• Credentials: Formal culinary school training or equivalent hands-on kitchen experience, plus food safety certification.
