We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketer / Social Media Manager

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Manage the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and other relevant platforms).
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts.
• Design and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Generate qualified leads for cleaning, fumigation, facility management, landscaping, and related services.
• Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility across digital platforms.
• Monitor messages, comments, and online inquiries, ensuring prompt responses.
• Update and maintain the company website and online business profiles.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert digital leads into clients.
• Capture and publish project updates, before-and-after cleaning photos, testimonials, and company activities.
• Ensure all digital content aligns with the company's brand identity and values.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Growth in social media followers and engagement.
• Number of qualified leads generated monthly.
• Website traffic and conversion rates.
• Performance of paid advertising campaigns (ROI).
• Consistency in content publishing.
• Growth in online brand awareness.
• Number of contracts generated through digital marketing.
• Timely submission of marketing reports.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1 - 5 years experience. 

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles.
• Excellent social media management skills.
• Content creation and copywriting.
• Graphic design using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Video editing for social media content.
• Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• SEO and basic website management knowledge.
• Email marketing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
• Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent time management.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
