Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Security Management or equivalent qualification. Valid Security Certification (Preferred).
• 8- 10+ Years of experience in Security Management in Oil & Gas / EPC / Large Industrial Projects
• Experience in site security management, access control, surveillance, emergency response and personnel management.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment and incident reporting.
• Good communication, leadership and team management skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in remote site conditions.
