We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer - Pattern Development 

Location: Ilasa Maja-Oshodi Expressway - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Quality Management is an added advantage.

Experience:

• 3–5 years' experience in Quality Assurance within the fashion, garment, textile, or manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrable experience in pattern development, grading, garment construction, and sample evaluation.
• Experience working with production teams and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of quality inspection techniques and garment manufacturing processes.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of pattern drafting and grading.
• Knowledge of garment construction techniques.
• Experience with quality assurance methodologies and inspection standards.
• Familiarity with measurement specifications and fit analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CAD pattern software (e.g., Gerber AccuMark, Lectra, Optitex, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N170,000 - N200,000 per month.
