We have a vast experience in the outsourcing business as we currently manage resources for major clients in all sectors of the Nigerian economy. In addition, our prolific manpower cuts across the 36 states in Nigeria. After successfully gaining ground in all the 36 states of the federation, we are gradually spreading our tentacles to other African Nations. We are currently registered to also do business in Ghana. Our framework is developed to fully support the businesses of our clients, ensuring continuous improvement of the outsourced services. Job Title: Business Lead, Academy

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Business Lead to transform Academy into a leading agribusiness academy and business school.
• The successful candidate will drive strategy, revenue growth, product development, partnerships, and operational excellence while positioning the Academy as a profitable education business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Academy's business strategy and revenue growth.
• Develop and commercialize training and certification programmes.
• Drive learner enrolment and institutional partnerships.
• Build and manage a profitable product portfolio.
• Oversee curriculum quality and operational excellence.
• Lead the Academy team and manage stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agribusiness, Education, or a related field.
• 6–8 years' experience in business leadership, education, or agribusiness.
• Strong commercial, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing P&L and driving business growth is an advantage.
