We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments
• Coordinate field staff, vendors, and logistics to meet operational targets
• Monitor processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions to improve efficiency
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management
• Handle customer/client relations and resolve operational issues promptly
• Support management with strategic planning and execution of company goals

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree with 2+ years operations experience is an advantage
• Must live in Lagos.

Skills:

• Strong personality - can take charge and lead teams
• Sound communication skills - can speak and write clearly
• Very strong-willed, disciplined and target-driven
• Able to handle pressure and make tough decisions.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
