Job Title: Machine Operator - Water Production

Location: Futo Axis, Imo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for competent and dedicated Machine Operators to join our production team.
• The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing of quality bottled and sachet water.
• The successful candidate will ensure machines operate safely, production targets are met, and quality standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate water production, bottle blowing, filling, sealing and packaging machines.
• Carry out machine start-up and shut-down procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and report faults promptly.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure products meet company quality and hygiene standards.
• Minimize material wastage during production.
• Record daily production output and machine performance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Observe all safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
• Assist with other production activities as assigned.

Requirements

• OND, NABTEB, Trade Test, Technical Certificate or SSCE with relevant production experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience operating manufacturing equipment. Experience in a water or food manufacturing company is an added advantage.
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor machine faults.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• Physically fit and willing to work shifts where necessary.
