As we expand our e-commerce presence, we are recruiting a suitable candidate to lead our People & Culture function in the capacity below:

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a strategic HR leader who can drive employee engagement, policy development, and operational excellence in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in line with labor laws
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
• Drive learning & development, training, and career development initiatives
• Handle payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance
• Champion company culture, employee engagement, and employer branding
• Provide HR advisory support to Management and Department Heads
• Ensure proper HR documentation, data management, and reporting.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. CIPM/MBA is an added advantage
• Experience: Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Managerial role. E-Commerce industry experience preferred
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Nigeria Labour Act, HR best practices, and HRIS systems
• Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, organizational and leadership skills
• Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Salary
N450,000 - N500,000 per month.
