Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Female Hairstylist/Braider to join a reputable beauty salon in Wuse 2, Abuja.
• The ideal candidate should be highly experienced in braiding and a variety of hairstyling techniques, with a passion for delivering exceptional beauty services and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional braiding services, including knotless braids, Ghana weaving, cornrows, box braids, twists, and other trending styles.
• Perform hair washing, blow-drying, treatments, weaving, wig installation, and general hairstyling services.
• Recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care treatments based on clients' preferences and hair types.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and sanitize all tools and equipment.
• Keep up-to-date with current hairstyling trends and techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Promote salon services and recommend appropriate hair care products.
• Manage appointments efficiently while delivering high-quality services.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction at all times.
• Adhere to salon policies and health and safety standards.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of proven experience as a professional hairstylist and braider.
• Strong expertise in braiding, weaving, wig installation, hair treatments, and other hairstyling services.
• Good knowledge of hair care products and their proper application.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about hairstyling.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
• Must be available for immediate employment.
