Job Summary

• AgriNova Limited is seeking an experienced Managing Director to provide strategic and operational leadership across the organization.
• The MD will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the company's agricultural/agribusiness objectives are met efficiently, profitably, and sustainably.
• This is a senior executive position reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's strategic direction in line with Board-approved objectives and growth targets
• Provide overall leadership across operations, production/supply chain, sales, finance, and HR functions
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and P&L accountability for the organization
• Build and lead a high-performing management team; set KPIs and hold department heads accountable
• Represent the company to investors, regulators, partners, and other key external stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive revenue growth
• Ensure regulatory compliance and sound risk management across all business units
• Report regularly to the Board on performance, risks, and strategic initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification strongly preferred
•  8–10 years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within agribusiness, FMCG, or related sectors
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and driving business growth at a senior executive level
• Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and operational management capability
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• High integrity and sound judgment in decision-making.

Salary
N800,000 - N1,500,000 per month.
