Job Title: Business Champion

Locations: Ota - Ogun, Port Harcourt - Rivers, Aba - Abia, Lekki, Ikeja / Ogba and Ikorodu - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We're looking for a sharp, business-minded graduate ready to make an impact from day one.
• As a Business Champion, you'll sit at the intersection of manufacturing operations and business strategy — driving execution, improving processes, and working across teams to keep things moving. If you're the kind of person who spots a problem and immediately starts thinking about the fix, this role is built for you.
• This is not a core Data Analyst, IT Support, or Software Development role.

What You'll Do

• Support the execution of key business and operational initiatives
• Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and performance
• Identify operational challenges and recommend practical, workable solutions
• Monitor projects, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across departments
• Bring ownership, accountability, and a continuous-improvement mindset to everything you do

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree with a First Class (Degree class must be stated on your CV)
• Shopfloor / manufacturing / production exposure preferred over pure tech / data background
• Recently completed NYSC (completion month and year must be stated on your CV)
• Exposure to manufacturing, production, or shop-floor operations is an advantage
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership potential, adaptability, and a genuine willingness to learn
• Willingness to relocate to any of the listed locations if required.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
