We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location:
Lagos

Job Descriptions
  • Responsible for general upkeep and building maintenance.
  • Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff.
  • Ensures the facilities meet government regulations and standards.
  • Create a budget for various facility needs and expenses.
  • Respond to emergency situations and other urgent issues involving the estate.
  • Prepares facility reports and send to the Estate manager.
  • Ensures the security of the building by implementing various security measures.
  • Lease or sell real estate properties.
  • Act as a liaison officer between the Estate Executive and prospective tenants.
  • Supervise and assign duties to the Assistant Facility Manager.
  • Keeps the financial records of the facility.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of the properties to ensure compliance and proper upkeep of Properties.
Requirements
  • Minimum of first degree in Business Administration, Estate Management or Public Administration, higher degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in similar position.
