Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Abuloma, Port Harcourt - Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Officer to manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance.
• The ideal candidate will support the organization's people strategy while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour regulations.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
• Coordinate performance management and staff development initiatives.
• Process leave administration and support payroll-related HR activities.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is an advantage.
