We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Operations Manager

Location: Remote

Summary

• You will own the operational backbone of our retail and fulfillment processes, ensuring seamless execution, efficiency, and scalability as we grow.
• This is a hands-on role building operational excellence from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end retail/operations performance, including fulfillment, inventory, vendor coordination, and service delivery.
• Design and implement SOPs across operational workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency.
• Build out operational systems and tools (inventory management, order tracking, reporting) from scratch where none exist.
• Monitor key operational metrics (fulfillment time, error rates, cost-to-serve, stock accuracy) and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics or fulfillment partners.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively resolve them before they impact the customer experience.
• Train, and lead an operations team as the business scales.
• Partner with finance and customer service teams to align operations with broader business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in retail operations, e-commerce operations, or supply chain/logistics management.
• Demonstrated experience building or significantly improving operational processes and SOPs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple operational workstreams at once.
• Comfortable working with operational data and systems to drive decisions.
