Job Brief

• We are seeking for a proactive and experienced Customer service representative who will be the face of our brand, handle customers orders and make sure every guest leaves happy.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer interaction: Great customers warmly.
• Take orders in person, by phone or online and recommend menu.
• Handle complaints about food quality, wrong orders or service issues.
• Maintain clean service counters and working environment.
• Team collaboration: Coordinate with kitchen/ bakery staff to communicate special requests and timing.

Requirements

• SSCE / OND qualification
• 1-2years experience as a customer service representative.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Problem solving skills and patience.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
