Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Work Days: Monday – Friday*

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensure consistent product quality, and drive operational efficiency to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Coordinate manpower, raw materials, and other production resources effectively.
• Monitor production output, product quality, and compliance with SOPs and health & safety standards.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of production staff.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare production reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of production processes, quality management systems, and health & safety regulations.
