We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Company Architect (Fully Fitted Wardrobes / Kitchen)

Location: Awoyaya, Sangotedo - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand project goals, requirements, and budget.
• Develop architectural concepts, sketches, and detailed design plans.
• Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers.
• Review project feasibility, site conditions, and environmental impacts.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor construction progress and conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
• Address design changes and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
