Description

• Prestigious Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of its client for the position of Business Development Associate.
• We are seeking a commercially driven professional with a strong background in business development, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships to support business growth across healthcare, manufacturing, corporate, and advisory sectors.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base across healthcare, manufacturing, corporate, and advisory sectors while supporting revenue generation and strategic market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors
• Build and manage strong client, partner, and institutional relationships
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client pitches
• Support lead generation, outreach, and conversion strategies
• Maintain and track client pipelines using CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
• Meet agreed business development, revenue, and partnership targets.

Requirements include

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
• 4–7 years' experience in business development, sales, client engagement, or commercial strategy.
• Strong lead generation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to identify, develop, and convert business opportunities.
• Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in consulting, healthcare, manufacturing, or professional services is an added advantage.

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 monthly.
