Job Summary

• We are seeking an Architect / Designer to develop innovative and functional design solutions.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong creative and technical abilities, along with excellent communication and presentation skills, and demonstrate proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering tools like Lumion or Enscape.
• They must be capable of managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and maintaining high design standards.
• The role involves both office-based work and periodic site visits, and may require flexibility to meet project deadlines.

What You’ll Do

• Create detailed architectural designs, plans, and blueprints from concept to construction stage.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure construction aligns with design intent.
• Collaborate with structural engineers and MEP consultants to integrate building systems.
• Select appropriate materials and finishes based on project budget and aesthetic goals.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and mood boards for client approvals.
• Manage project documentation, including revisions and "as-built" drawings.

You’re the Right Fit If You

• Have strong spatial awareness, creative problem-solving skills, structural understanding, and knowledge of building codes.
• Minimum of 2 Years.
• Are proficient in BIM tools like Autodesk Revit (essential) and ArchiCAD.
• Can use AutoCAD for drafting.
• Are skilled in 3D modeling tools like SketchUp and Rhinoceros 3D.
• Have experience with rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.
