Job Summary

• We are seeking an Accountant to manage financial operations and reporting.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong numerical and analytical skills, along with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, and demonstrate proficiency in accounting and financial software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Microsoft Excel.
• They must be capable of managing multiple financial tasks simultaneously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing timely financial insights.
• The candidate should be a team player with the ability to work independently under pressure.
• The role is primarily office-based and may require extended hours during reporting periods.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all accounting transactions and maintain the general ledger.
• Prepare comprehensive budget forecasts and financial statements.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring all accounts are reconciled.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
• Audit financial transactions and documents to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Manage payroll administration and employee expense reimbursements.
• Provide detailed cost-benefit analyses for project-related expenditures.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years experience.

You’re the Right Fit If You:

• Have strong skills in financial analysis, forensic accounting, regulatory compliance, and attention to detail
• Are highly proficient in accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, or similar tools
• Have experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Xero
• Are advanced in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
• Are familiar with tax tools like Wolters Kluwer CCH, Drake Tax, or Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE
