Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in the Security and Investigations industry.
• The Security Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing security operations, ensuring the safety and protection of personnel, property, and information.
• This position requires a proactive leader who can manage security staff, coordinate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, and implement effective security protocols to mitigate risks.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies.
• The Security Supervisor will be responsible for training and supervising security personnel, conducting regular inspections, and preparing detailed reports to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• This role demands someone who is vigilant, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a secure environment in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead security personnel to ensure effective security coverage and response.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Manage security incidents, including conducting investigations and preparing detailed reports.
• Provide training and guidance to security staff to improve their performance and capabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of daily security activities, incidents, and personnel attendance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role within the security industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of security operations, emergency procedures, and safety protocols.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergency situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, clients, and law enforcement.
• High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Physical fitness and the ability to conduct patrols and inspections as required.
