Summary

• We are seeking a diligent and organized Store Keeper to join our Security and Investigations team.
• The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our inventory of security equipment, supplies, and materials essential for our daily operations.
• This position demands a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to operate within a fast-paced environment that requires accuracy and confidentiality.
• As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for overseeing stock levels, ensuring the proper storage of sensitive security items, and coordinating with various departments to meet their equipment needs promptly.
• Your role will be pivotal in supporting the operational efficiency of our security workforce by guaranteeing that all materials are accounted for, safely stored, and readily available when needed.
• This position also entails maintaining accurate records, conducting regular audits, and complying with company policies and industry regulations pertaining to inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inventory levels of security equipment and supplies to ensure availability and prevent shortages.
• Receive, inspect, and securely store incoming materials and equipment according to company guidelines and security protocols.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using relevant software and perform regular stock audits to verify quantities and condition.
• Coordinate with procurement and security teams to fulfill requests and schedule timely distribution of materials.
• Implement and maintain proper storage conditions to preserve the integrity and functionality of sensitive security items.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or losses promptly and assist in investigations related to inventory issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, confidentiality requirements, and regulatory guidelines within the storage facility.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Keeper or Inventory Controller, preferably in the security or investigations industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials with discretion and professionalism.
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
• Physical ability to handle storage tasks, including lifting and organizing equipment.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
