Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The HR Officer will provide operational HR support, ensuring effective employee documentation, recruitment coordination, attendance management, employee relations, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities for corporate and construction/site roles.
  • Manage employee documentation, personnel files, and HR records.
  • Support onboarding and exit processes for employees.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee movements.
  • Provide HR support to construction/site teams.
  • Assist in enforcing company policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes.
  • Support payroll preparation and employee data management.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases.
  • Handle employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
  • Support staff welfare initiatives and engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in HR operations.
  • Experience supporting construction, real estate, or site-based organizations is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Nigerian labour practices.
  • Strong documentation and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work with both office and site teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
