Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven, energetic, and experienced Marketer to join a reputable company in the construction industry.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in marketing or business development, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Salary
N250,000 per month + Commission on Sales.
