Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, customer-focused, and results-driven Indoor Sales Representative to provide exceptional showroom sales support and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• The ideal candidate will engage walk-in customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and drive sales while maintaining a professional brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to showroom customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Provide accurate product information, quotations, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Maintain an attractive, organized, and presentable showroom environment.
• Process sales transactions and prepare sales documentation as required.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in showroom, retail, or customer-facing sales.
• Candidates from other relevant sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply, provided they meet the key requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional, as you will be the first point of contact for showroom customers.
• Must reside close to the showroom.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new products and sales processes.
• Experience in the interior design or furniture industry is an added advantage but not mandatory for candidates with strong transferable sales skills.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 per month.
