Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Security and Investigations industry.
• The Security Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day security operations, ensuring safety protocols are rigorously enforced, and managing a team of security personnel to effectively protect clients’ assets and properties.
• In addition to supervising security staff, the Security Supervisor will be responsible for training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain the highest standards of service.
• This role is vital in upholding the integrity and reputation of the organization by ensuring all security measures comply with legal regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel during assigned shifts.
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of security systems and personnel performance.
• Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, and incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff to enhance team performance and professionalism.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, investigations, and daily operations.
• Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and clients to promote a safe and compliant environment.
• Manage security schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years experience.
• Possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze potential security risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• A proactive and dedicated professional who can maintain a secure environment, respond swiftly to any security incidents, and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency agencies when necessary.
• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role in the security industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent knowledge of security operations, protocols, and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to analyze security risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and law enforcement.
• Physical fitness and the ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in security management or investigations are preferred.
• Proficiency in using security technology and surveillance equipment.
