We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Growth & Marketing Executive

Location: Ikeja/Opebi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

What You'll Do

• We are looking for a passionate and creative Growth & Marketing Executive who wants to build a career in marketing, business development, and the travel industry.
• As our Growth & Marketing Executive, you will help increase Dluxfly's visibility, attract new customers, and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Marketing & Content Creation
• Business Growth.
• Customer Engagement.
• Administration

Requirements

• OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree (Fresh Graduate).
• Previous work experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

Skills:
We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent written and spoken English.
• Is creative and proactive.
• Can use Microsoft Office.
• Has basic knowledge of Canva.
• Has basic knowledge of CapCut or similar video editing software
• Understands social media platforms.
• Can learn quickly.
• Pays attention to detail.
• Is organised and dependable.
• Is willing to work both remotely and from our Ikeja office.

Added Advantage:
Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• ChatGPT or other AI tools.
• Meta Business Suite
• Google Workspace.
• Basic graphic design
• Sales or customer service.

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid work model.
• Maximum of two office days per week.
• Additional office attendance when business requires.
• Standard working hours apply during remote work.
