Job Title: Head, Marketing

Location: Head Office, Ikeja - Lagos

Summary

• We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead market expansion across all regions as well as improving & strengthening our brand SME & other loan products

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of all branch marketing activities and ensure brand consistency across all locations
• Drive all branches to meet and exceed organizational goals on deposits, loans, and customer acquisition
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for SME and other MFB/MFI offerings
• Lead market research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning to grow market share.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: HND / BSc (MCP/MBA is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 10 years marketing experience in MFB/MFI with vast knowledge in SME business and other microfinance products.
• Must be willing to travel when necessary to support branches, activations, and stakeholder engagement.
