Most participants in this market were traders. We chose to become builders, constructing the physical and digital infrastructure that Africa's circular industrial economy has always needed.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: External Relations / Liaison Officer

Location: Oniru, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days on site)
Reports To: Office of the CEO

Description

• A company in the building and construction industry needs a well-connected professional to own our external relationship strategy with government agencies, financial institutions, and industry networks.
• This is a high-autonomy role for someone who already has the right relationships and knows how to put them to work.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between the organization and government/regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and financial institutions
• Manage the full outreach process - first contact through proposal, negotiation, and follow-up
• Build a pipeline of agency and bank partnerships for scrap sourcing and asset recovery
• Leverage personal contacts to accelerate deal-making
• Represent the company at industry and government events

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in business development, government relations, or institutional liaison within Nigeria
• Demonstrable, active network across Nigerian government agencies, law enforcement, or banks
• Proven ability to move deals forward independently
• Strong written/verbal communication and proposal-drafting skills

Salary
N400,000 / Month.
